- STEP 1: PLANNING- Having a complete design plan is always the first step in the successful completion of any project. Would you build a house without a blueprint? It only makes sense, and saves tons of money, to have a good solid plan first. In the planning process PRELIMINARY measuring, style, trim, hardware & fabric choices are made, and scale drawings are created.Aside from the actual completion of the project, this phase is usually the most fun, because you can let your imagination run free as you narrow the plan to what will be the final product.
- STEP 2: FIELD MEASURING & DETAILING- Once the preliminary plan is in place, a final measure and check of all the details must take place to assure that the outcome will be exactly as planned. Sometimes a few changes need to be made in this phase to ensure the desired result. Work orders are written and products are ordered.
- STEP 3: PRODUCTION- Now the work begins in producing the final product. Products are received, inspected, accepted (or rejected) and your window treatments are produced and made ready for the installation.
- STEP 4: INSTALLATION- Professional installation plays a major role in the successful outcome of the project. From co-ordination of large jobs,to fluffing and fine tuning the details, your installer is usually the difference between an outcome that is, or is not, delightful. A professional installation is ALWAYS worth the investment.
- STEP 5: SERVICE- Once your window coverings are installed, we are still there for you should you require any touch-up. In addition to any manufacturer warranties, we provide FREE return visits for 1 full year to guarantee that your products stay looking the way you planned.
